ALL OF FFXIVI currently serve all Data Centers in FFXIV as long as OCE is open. If you are outside of the NA servers, I will meet you on the OCE server on my main for the initial down paymentPOLICY
The commission is to be paid in two separate half payments. We begin as soon as we receive the first half of the commission. The second half of the commission is to be paid at the time of completion. If a client chooses to end our agreement prematurely then the upfront payment of the first half of the commission is Non-Refundable.

This is the price of the commission ONLY.
Prices are negotiable if client obtains all the furniture on their own by purchasing or crafting it themselves.
If I am purchasing the items for the client, the prices are as shown and I will need an allowance.

LUX Replica

Large-FCThis one is a little different. This was a massive project to make this FC house look like a replica of the LUX nightclub from the show Lucifer. To show comparison, FFXIV is on the left and an actual picture from the show will be on the right. This club is no longer standing and has since been demolished. If you see a LUX in the game, it was not done by me.The custom stairs to the main basement as well as the DJ booth were custom built with a large number of partitions.
